It’s steady with a belt around my bed so there it’s very steady. If follows when I use my monitor to move the headboard up for better positioning . Also it has 2 pockets and I put the address monitor in one pocket . The other pocket is for my Ispire ( hypiglossal stimulator) monitor for Obstructive Sleep Apnea . Now I find them always and my side table isn’t overly full. I’m a nurse by my profession and know how important these things are to prevent fall and help out getting off the bed. Many patients also use this as security rail to prevent falling from bed when sleeping. A+

June 30, 2026Brian T.Verified BuyerThis was easy to put together and they provided extra brackets and screws. The screws aren't needed unless you wanted to do an alternative installation method. There is also a strap to secure to bed frame but that method is optional as well. The pull frame is sturdy and foam padded. A great help for a recovering family member.
